  • Develop distributor and retailer portal dashboards (distributed monthly)
  • Design syndicated data dashboards (distributed per subscription from provider, typically monthly)
  • Evaluate void item closure opportunities (gap analysis)
  • Track changes over time on all key measures (distribution, $ sales, unit sales, pricing, promotion)
  • Identify brand and product success stories and risk areas (slow moving SKU's)
  • Monitor category and segment trends
  • Track competitive trends, introductions and vulnerabilities
  • Produce target delete lists where applicable
